Quarryhill Paving (Paddy Delaney) recently remodelled the Patio at my House. The job consisted of the removal of old brick paving, changing drainage details and garden steps, and the laying of 50 square metres of sandstone paving (Bundi Multi) supplied from S&N Granite of Camolin, Co. Wexford. The work was started and completed on the dates agreed. The standard of workmanship was of the highest order, and the job completed to my complete satisfaction with no impact on surrounding areas of tarmac surfaces. I found Paddy Delaney very easy to deal with and his advice very sound. I have no hesitation in recommending Paddy for any paving work of a similar nature. Having worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, it was great to find a real craftsman who took such pride in his finished work. 

“The outside of our house was like a construction site since we built it - we needed to develop the driveway from the entrance as well as an area to the side and back of the house. Old concrete kerbs were removed and replaced with stone kerbs to match the cobblestone entrance and footpaths around the house, driveway was prepared, drainage added and roadside boundary tidied up. "We contacted Paddy after he was recommended to us.  He called down to our house in Co. Waterford on a Sunday evening at the time agreed to take a look at the job and gave us some very useful ideas for our patio of 6 x 10 metres.  He gave us some excellent advice on our choice of stone and general layout of the patio.  The emailed quote was detailed and included everything from sand, labour, flags, hardcore, etc, everything needed for the job.   They rang one Friday and asked if they could drop their gear down that weekend so as to start on site first thing on the Monday.  The lads were there at 8am each morning and had the job done in 4 days.  Paddy contacted us as the job progressed to see if we were happy or had any other thoughts, and to also make further useful suggestions to us.  The finish was exceptional: - 4 different sizes of stone, neat edging and the whole place was left spotless when they were finished.
